We help mentally overstimulated students living in a tech-heavy world build a healthier relationship with their mind through FUN·da·Mental breaks, a mental wellness playground led by Brain Buddy. 

Through FUN·da·Mental Breaks, users interact with activity booklets and a habit-building app to understand the value of stepping away from scrolling, texts, tabs, worry, entertainment and noise, and to practice reconnecting with their body and real life through stillness or movement. 

Brain Buddy guides students through  mental wellness workouts that help themp and build their way toward greater balance, benefit, and boosted mind power! 🔋💫🧠
